Resilience is the ability to bounce back stronger amid adversity or challenge. The current circumstances many of us are facing require us to find new ways to recover and successfully manage with difficulty of all types.

In this program, participants will learn effective tools to become more aware and empowered to navigate challenges, to find a better approach to connect, change course, and continue moving forward in a positive and productive way.
