An MIT-trained leadership development trainer and certified executive coach, Tisha brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, higher education, and professional services. She helps organizations design and deliver practical strategies that strengthen leadership, build trust, and boost effectiveness at every level. Her work is grounded in the idea that when people grow, organizations grow too—and that’s the kind of success that lasts.
Tisha is the Board Chair of the Androscoggin Chapter of the Maine Women’s Network, a Board Member of Strengthen LA’s Employer Engagement Team for Economic Development, a Board Member of the Central Maine Human Resources Association, and a member of the 100+ Women Who Care Androscoggin Organization.
